Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fishing waders which do not accumulate
sweat and moisture generated during use inside unlike conventional
rubber waders
which cool a body in long use in water and are weak against a shock
because they are made of rubber and easily breakable upon touching with
a solid when the user is fallen down or bending knees.
SOLUTION: These waders
use a multilayer structured super water repellent, moisture permeable,
and waterproof material such as P7 Barrier or Goretex for the knee
upper part member and a moisture retaining material such as a flexible,
weather resistant and heat retaining highly foamed sponge, for instance
NeopreneTM, for the knee under part member. Both materials are joined.
A preliminarily made boot shape foot part is joined to the obtained
joined body to make the fishing waders
which are easy to discharge out sweat and moisture easily retainable
inside by the act of the moisture permeable material and can prevent
the foot parts from water coolness by the act of the heat retaining
material. Thus new fishing waders are manufactured.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of rubber boot-type conventional fishing waders
that perspiration or moisture generated when in use is accumulated
inside, and a body is cooled if a wearer is in water for a long time,
and that they has less resistance to impact because of it being made of
a rubber and are apt to be broken at the time of contacting with a
solid object if the wearer falls down or kneels down.
SOLUTION: The objective fishing wader
comprises an upper knee member composed of a moisture permeable
material such as a P6 barrier or Gore-Tex(R), and a lower knee member
composed of a moisture retaining material such as Neoprene(R) sponge or
the like, and both members are joined (a first process). A foot part
having a boot shape manufactured beforehand is joined to a tip of the
obtained joined body and the fishing wader is manufactured (a second process). In the obtained fishing wader,
the perspiration or moisture apt to be accumulated inside is easily
discharged outside by functions of the water permeable material, and
cooling of legs caused by water cooling can be prevented by functions
of the moisture retaining material.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fishing wader capable of pulling up
both the bottom part and the crotch part of trousers which can be
pulled up in a worn state even if the wader has a size somewhat larger
than a size of wearer.
SOLUTION: This fishing wader
has an adjusting member arranged so as to fix the lower end of the
member to a part of the bottom of a waterproof trouser part and to make
the upper end of the member exposed from the upper end of a body part,
from the bottom part of the waterproof trouser part to the upper end of
the body part and is provided with an adjusting means for pulling up
and fixing the bottom part of the trouser part in a worn state of the wader
by the adjusting member. The adjusting means is provided with a ribbon
storage part by fitting a cover cloth to the inside of a waterproof
cloth constituting waterproof trousers from the bottom of trousers to
the upper end of the body part. An adjusting ribbon is stored in the
ribbon storage part, the lower end of the adjusting ribbon is fixed to
the lower end part of the ribbon storage part and the upper end part is
exposed through a fixing tool to be seized at an arbitrary position of
the adjusting ribbon from the storage part.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold one's ground even when a wearer is likely to tumble down since the soles of boots
slideslip by constituting these of a body part and a bottom part, and
performing an antislipping means on a lower outside surface in the body
part.
SOLUTION: This antislipping means is performed on a lower outside surface of a body part 3 of boots
1 formed of an elastic material such as rubber and foaming
polyurethane, and is performed on one surface or a combined surface
among an inside non-stepping part and an outside non-stepping part. The
antislipping means is roughly classified into two kinds. One of them is
projection strips 4 in parallel to the lengthwise direction of the boots,
and these projection strips 4 are combined in a plurality in parallel
with each other, and are formed an aggregate. A shaped of the
projection strips 4 is formed as a straight line shape, an upward
curved circular arc shape, a crest shape and a waveform, and these
shapes may be properly combined with each other. Next, columnar
projections 6 as another one antislipping means are formed as an
aggregate by arranging plural pieces in line. A cross-sectional shape
of the columnar projections 9 is not particularly limited, and is
properly set according to a use and a function, and for example, an
elliptic shape or a star shape may be allowed. Therefore, a fall and a
tumble can be prevented.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance a non-slip effect, and to improve safety of an underwater work at the time of river fishing or sea fishing,
etc., by fixing a non-slip member consisting of a spiral stock made of
a metal or a chemical fiber, a barbed stock, a meshe, etc., to the sole
of boots.
CONSTITUTION: A non-slip
member la is constituted by forming a spiral stock 11a made of
stainless steel to suitable thickness in accordance with a shape of the
sole of boots Kl. Subsequently, the boots Kl are formed by embedding
the spiral base stock 11a of about 2/3 of thickness of the non-slip
member 1a into the sole of the boots at the time of forming the boots,
and exposing the remaining spiral stock 11a of 1/3 on the lower face of
the sole of the boots. In such a way, at the time of use, the non-slip
member 1a is exposed successively as the sole of the boots is worn,
therefore, this boots can be used as boots having a slip preventing
effect.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the flexibility and elasticity of an ankle part on the title boot, by a method wherein on the title boot
for which an outsole made of felt, rubber or the like is fixed on an
upper basic body formed of elastic material, such as foam rubber, a
bellows part is integrally provided extending in the right and left
directions of an instep part, in the range in which the instep part of
the upper basic body is covered.
CONSTITUTION: Since an upper basic body 13 for the left side of a fishing boot
15 and an upper basic body 17 for the right side thereof are formed of
an elastic material, for which thin protective cloth made of a nylon
woven fabric is joined by heating on both sides, the outside and
inside, of a sheet of foam rubber, such as chloroprene rubber, they do
not restrict the movement of the foot and have a protective function
against an impact. A slide fastener 21 is fixed on a part corresponding
to the ankle side of the upper basic body 17 for the right side, and an
upper-forming body 27 for the bottom on which an outsole 29 formed of
felt or the like is stuck, is stuck ranging from the front of an upper
basic body for the bottom part to a part of an upper- forming body 25
for a surrounding part. In the range in which an instep part is
covered, since a bellows part 31 is integrally formed continuously by
pressing, extending over the upper basic body 13 for the left side and
the upper basic body 17 for the right side, the flexibility and
elasticity of an ankle part on the title boot is improved.
