Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for an epoch-making
attractant capable of luring a large amount of fishes, bringing about
stable attracting effect
and antimicrobial effect through adding itself tofishing
baits or fishery baits or scattering the resultant baits, and capable
of simultaneously producing the other objective baits through adding
itself tofishing baits, and to provide a
method for the addition.
SOLUTION: Theattractant is such one as
to be capable of maximally luringfishes
by a method of using the active ingredient(s) of spice, have effect of
being usable for erasing the odor of raw baits, and enable the other
objective baits to be further stably produced by using the active
ingredient(s).

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain thefish attractant
for ground bait which is light, but not voluminous, converts into gel
by simply adding water or sea water to give a desired amount of ground
bait by admixingfish attractant components to dried fine particles
of high water-absorption resin.
CONSTITUTION:
A high water-absorption resin of fine particles with 100μm to 10mm
average particle size such as self-curing type acrylic acid alkali salt
polymer obtained from acrylic or methacrylic acid or their alkali metal
salt is combined withfish attractant
components such as odor components, color components, luminescent
substances in an amount of less than about 50wt.% based on the total
bait dry weight.

material, by pelletizing powder of a cyclodextrin clathrate compound of
thefishattractant
material using metallic soap, liquid paraffin, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Thisfish attractant material is formed by granulating
powder of a cyclodextrin clathrate compound of afish attractant
material with any of (1) metallic soap and liquid paraffin, (2)
metallic soap and polyethylene wax or (3) metallic soap, liquid
paraffin and polyethylene wax into the form of pellets. A horizontal

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an excellentfish attractant, by compounding a fish
bait component with fiber powder and a
carboxymethylcellulose alkali metal salt.
CONSTITUTION: Afish
bait component such as chrysalis powder, rice bran, etc. is compounded
with powdered fiber such as natural fiber and a carboxymethylcellulose
alkali metal salt. The metal salt is preferably composed of 1W99pts.wt.
of carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt and 99W1pts.wt. of
carboxymethylcellulose calcium salt, and is a hardly soluble mixture of
sol and gel acting as a binder. The ratios of the metal salt, fiber
powder and thefish bait component are
selected according to the purpose. For thefish-luring
purpose, the agent should be disintegrated within a proper time when
thrown into water. For example, a paste bait can be produced by mixing
20W40pts.wt. of the metal salt, 25W40pts.wt. of the fiber powder and
40W60pts.wt. of thefish bait component.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare afish-attracting
agent having high attracting effect, economically, by crushing
crustaceans having strong attracting effect tofish,
and adding a proper additive selected according to the kind of the fish
to be attracted.
CONSTITUTION:
The gut containing fat or the whole body of one or more kinds of
cuttlefish, shrimp, crab, starfish, etc. which are the most acceptable
foods forfishes, is crushed, mixed with
an additive (e.g.fish extract, fish meal, steamed blood of animal,
gluten,
etc.) selected according to the kind of thefish,
formed, and dried at low temperature to a water content of 10W15% to
obtain the product. The forming is carried out by continuously
pelletizing or extruding the above paste 2 in the form of granules or a
rod (1W2cm in diameter), or packed continuously into a synthetic resin
tube 1 of about 1cm diameter, and cut to a length of about 2cm. The
product is packaged to obtain theattractant

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain afish-gathering agent exhibiting its
effect in a
short period of time and having a small effect imparting to an
environment.
SOLUTION: Thisfish-gathering agent is obtained by mixing a carbon
dioxide
gas-generatingagent with a fish-attractingagent
having a smell or a taste which is a fond of afish
and solidifying as a particle state. It can be simply poured in water
on its use, and since carbon dioxide gas is generated in a large
amount, thefish-gathering agent
rapidly spreads by that energy and its effect is exhibited in a short
period of time. Since the raw materials are dissolved in water and no
solid material remains, it does not become a cause of polluting or
destroying an environment as those of conventional ground baits.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an emulsion-typefish-attracting agent which
releases an oil
substance into the sea water for a long period and exhibits
fish-attracting action, by mixing an oily
substance and an emulsifier.
CONSTITUTION: An oily substance (e.g. chrysalis oil, sesame oil, rice
bran oil, other vegetable oil or fat, fish
oil, squalane, animal oil or fat, etc.) is mixed with an emulsifier
(e.g. a nonionic surface activeagent
such as polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan monostearate,
etc., an anionic surface activeagent
such as carboxylic acid salt, etc., a cationic surface active agent
such as a quaternary ammonium salt, aromatic quaternary ammonium salt,
etc.) by heating at a specific temperature in the presence of a proper
amount of water. The emulsion product thus obtained is mixed to a
fishing bait or applied to the surface of a fishing bait, and scattered
over a desired sea area.

SABIKI, or hard lure to enhance afish- gathering effect, improve a
baiting property
and obtain an excellent angledfish
result.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide afish gatheringagent
capable of maintaining afish gathering effect over a long period of
time,
improving marine pollution measures and bearing long-term preservation.
CONSTITUTION: Thisagent is the one for
which a smell generatingagent 2 for gatheringfish is
contained in an adsorbent 1 composed of an inorganic material and the
contact area of the smell generatingagent
2 forgathering thefish
with outdoor air is made small. Then, when it is immersed in water, the
smell generatingagent 2 is gradually
emitted and thefish are gathered over
the long period of time. Also, a preservation effect is improved by
containing an antisepticagent and
sealing it inside a casing.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain afish gatheringagent
composition eluting a constant amount of fishes-attracting substance in
water for a long period of time comprising a crosslinked polymer
derived from polymerization of a polymerizable unsaturated
group-containing monomer and a polymerizable unsaturated
group-containing crosslinkable monomer in a specific ratio and a
fishes-attracting substance.
CONSTITUTION: 96-99.999wt.% of a
monomer containing a piece of polymerizable unsaturated group having
≤9
solubility parameter is polymerized with 0.001-4wt.% of a crosslinkable
monomer containing at least two pieces of polymerizable unsaturated
groups. Next, preferably 2-70wt.% of the resultant crosslinkable
polymer is swollen by absorbing preferably 30-98wt.% of a fishes-
attracting substance to afford afish gathering composition having
sustained fishgathering
effect and high fishes catching efficiency.
